SHIPMENT
Orders of items held in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
Print on Demand (POD) goods (T shirts, mugs, caps etc) despatch times are dependent on the fulfiller but are usually within 5 working days.
This means that an order for items held in stock placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, and POD items are likely to be shipped by the following Friday.
EU and Rest of the World
We can ship to most countries. However, you may find that your country is not listed in the checkout - if this is the case, mail us at motoadv.bike@gmail.com and we’ll see if we can work around this temporary limitation.
If your order is a mix of Print on Demand and items held in stock then you may receive more than one parcel.
SHIPPING
This is by Royal Mail for items held on stock by ourselves unless otherwise organised or agreed. For Print on Demand items, this is by couriers and services engaged by the fulfillers.
Transit Times are estimates and not guaranteed.
DUTIES and TAXES
For Print on Demand items (T shirts) to the UK and EU VAT and Duty is included. For other destinations, the buyer may be liable for additional duties, taxes and admin fees and accepts liability for these.
For items held in stock and despatched by ourselves to UK addresses: items are tax paid.
For items held in stock and despatched by us to EU and Rest of the World addresses: Duties and Taxes are not collected. You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes and admin fees that your order may incur.
A deduction of actual Shipping Costs may be made on refunds for returned orders which are refused because of failure to pay duties, admin fees and/or taxes. These refunds will only be considered on receipt by us of the returned goods.
SHIPPING COSTS
Estimated shipping costs will appear in the shopping basket after you add items. This may be £0.00 for Free Postage items. The final total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout
DELIVERY TIMES
United Kingdom
The Royal Mail delivery time of our in-stock items is quoted to us as 1-5 business days (second class postage).
Other European countries
The Standard International Royal Mail delivery time to other European destinations for our in-stock items is quoted to us as 3-10 business days, depending on the country. Sadly we have no control over the postal services and we do see delivery times taking longer than this quoted time. If items have not arrived please let us know by email and we are happy to arrange refund or resending after 15 working days have passed.
Outside of Europe
Shipping times vary greatly depending on the destination and the time of year. During November and December, shipping may take longer due to the shopping season such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas shopping. Regular Mail delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.
Print on Demand items are delivered by the fulfiller's delivery services usually in far less than 5 days from leaving the fulfiller.
TRACKING
Print on Demand items are tracked when despatched by the fulfiller and you will receive these details by email.
We do not track in-stock items as to do so would add disproportionately to the price and also guarantee that the authorities would level taxes and administration fees.
